My roommate is moving out, and I’m looking for a long-term female roommate to renew my current lease with, in a 2bd/2bath in Sunset Park, Brooklyn.

This is a 1 year lease renewal, no short-term, no sublet!

Move in date : March 1st 2023

$1,025/month (heat and water included) + utilities Internet, electricity and cooking gas (~60/70 month, depending on season)

First month + one-month security deposit to move in

About the place:

The room comes unfurnished but the rest of the apartment is.
It can fit a queen size bed + other pieces of furniture. It has a big closet, and you’ll have an other similar closet for yourself in the apartment + You will have your own bathroom :)

Common area with open kitchen, dishwasher, all appliances, lots of space and cabinets.

Laundromat is a 2min walk away, around the corner. Gym/banks/pharmacy/delis/restaurants etc.. on 5th Ave, about 5min walking distance.

🚇 53st R line : 5min walk

Barclays center is 15min away, Manhattan 30min away. Industry city is about 12min walk away.

About me:

You’ll be living with me, Sarah, 30yo. I’ve been living in this apartment for 4 years. I’m a Recruiter, working from home 2/3 days a week. I’m pretty busy and I keep to myself most of the time.
When I’m home, I like to relax and cook. I’m clean and respectful of others space, so would love for my future roommate to feel the same way.

I’m looking for a female professional roommate, late 20s early 30s, Covid responsible, and who doesn’t bring the party home in general.

Non smoker (no smoking allowed inside the apartment).

I have a cat, so some who likes animals and not allergic is a must :)
