Furnished large bedroom + private half bath

The apartment is a 3bed/1.5 bath. The entire space is over 1500+ sq feet. I'm subletting one room for ideally a year. The room is large and can fit a king-size bed + additional furniture and still have room to spare. The room is attached to a personal half bath with a toilet, sink, and cabinets. My preference is to have someone move in by August 1st.

The Neighborhood/Building:

Two blocks south of Prospect Park, 5 minutes away from the Q/B train, 20 minutes from downtown Manhattan. It's a lively neighborhood; with restaurants/cafes, cheap eats, poultry/fish markets, grocery stores, bars, and everything is budget friendly around here.

Ideal Roommate;
- Financially responsible & pays rent on time
- Independent, friendly & quiet
- Cleans up after themselves and dedicates time to tidying up the apartment
- Must be POC/LGBTQ-friendly. I'm a POC myself. My other roommate is a kind, respectful individual, he is a working professional who works between the office and at home.

- Washer/Dryer in the basement (1.75 to wash, 1.50 to dry)
- Built-in closets and high ceilings
- Trash shoot is in the hallway, we don't have to take the trash outside

- This bedroom is connected to the half bathroom and is yours only.
- Watch the sun directly rise from the west in our living room, The sunsets from the east where the bedroom faces

- None of the bedrooms share a wall
- Kitchen is spacious and fully equipped, with appliances, pots & pans.
- I travel A LOT (30%-50% of the year). So also I'm looking for someone who is comfortable being in the apartment by themselves and that is responsible.
