The neighborhood is really nice with plenty of grocery stores, cafes and bodegas. Lots of restaurants and bars are just a short walk away as well as historic Prospect Park and Kings Theatre. A quick subway ride from the Brooklyn Museum and Barclays Center- you have access to all the best parts of Brooklyn!

This is a converted one bedroom apartment with the living room now serving as my room. I have a very sweet older cat who loves people but will need to be the only animal in the apartment.

I am not a huge clean freak but do like things tidy, I tend to do big cleaning chores weekly and deep cleans every other month.
I am looking for a respectful roommate with stable income.
