I have an apartment in South Slope, Brooklyn. It is two blocks from Prospect Park and one block away from the F and G trains. It's about 15 minutes away from the R! I'm also close to plenty of nice restaurants, gyms, bars, etc. My roommate has to move out at the end of our lease (April 31st). Both rooms are equal in size and can feet a queen bed and other furniture comfortably. Rent is $1475, plus electric, wifi and gas for stove. I do have a two year old beagle who stays with me. I would say I am easy going, like to keep my space clean especially common areas. I also want to redecorate the common area, however I am waiting for a new roommate so we can agree on aesthetics together.
I work as an RN Tuesday to Friday 8-6. I enjoy cooking, working out, skiing, music, reading, trying new restaurants, etc. Ideally, I would like to become friends with my roommate but also respect alone time. Let me know if you're interesting in hearing more.
