To rent the room, you must make 40x the monthly rent of $1,215 ($48,600 annually) and have good credit with minimal to no late payments. Guarantors are allowed subject to the landlord’s approval. Monthly utilities normally run $70-100 per person with the summer months around $140-150. A security deposit of $1,215 is also required upon move-in.

The lease runs through August 31, 2023 with the option to renew.
