Room for rent in Park Slope two bedroom apartment

I have a room for rent in my two bedroom apartment, as it is available as of September 1st.

I'm looking for a professional that would be interested in renewing a lease with me for a year at that point, as I've lived in the apartment for 13 years and have always renewed on a year to year basis.

My lease with my current roommate ends on September 1st, as the room will be available to move in on that date.

The building is three total apartments (one on each floor), and is right across the street from the R, F, and G trains. It is also a short walk to Prospect Park and to Atlantic Terminal as well.

A share of the electric bill and internet tends to be about an additional $70 per month

I tend to be pretty quiet, as I'm a big sports fan that enjoys watching/attending games and usually just like to relax when I'm at home.

I'm usually out at games a few nights a week and on weekends so there would definitely be a good amount of time that you would have the apartment to yourself.

Credit check and salary information would be required by landlord upon signing the lease.
