Clean Furnished Room 5 min from train

Looking for a person who is professional or student for a private small bedroom with window and open view. Someone nonsmoking quiet, working professional, respectful and clean. The room is Nice and clean furnished private room. Guest is not acceptable.

There are 2 females already living in the apt. They are working in professional roles. Everybody is nice and respectful in the apt. The apartment is furnished and very clean. There is a closet in the room. We have a kitchen for small uses. (Only for quick cooking). The room and the bathroom are very sunny during the day. And it has open and beautiful view of the street view. The Building is very clean as well.

The area is very safe and quiet. The location is next to Avenue M train Station for the Q train, and it is 2 min walk from the apt. Also, there is another train station on Kings Highway (B train and Q train) which is 7 or 12 min walk from the apt. There are lots of restaurants and shopping places around the apt. for example; T. J. Maxx 7 eleven, Starbucks, Dunkin' Donuts, many restaurants around it etc. there is 24 hours open Restaurant and Grocery store as well. Brooklyn College is 20 minutes from the apt. There are 3 different fitness locations about 10 min away.

*The laundry is in the building.

*Utilities are included.(Basic needs as Toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, and cleaning products to clean conman areas)

*Deposit to move in $950 and the rent is $950 (including electricity, gas and the internet) for a month.

*No smoking in the apt.

*No shoes in the apt(you could use your sleeper in the apt)
