Your rent will be $775 per month, utilities included for non-excessive electricity use, with FREE WiFi and receive up to 62 FREE TV channels with only an antenna. Luxury, two elevator, high security, doorman building, 25-minute subway ride to Manhattan. The room has 2 windows, a lot of light, with open, sunny view, 4th Floor, is fully furnished with wall mounted LED TV, air conditioned, built-in furniture with good clothes and stuff storage and a shared closet in the foyer for coats. Built-in computer work station with chair and own medicine cabinet with towel bar. The room has two doors, one directly to the kitchen, another door to the hall and bathroom, making the room feel like a separate studio apartment.
