- Bedroom (sans furniture)
Looking for a roommate to take over a large bedroom in a large, gorgeous pre-war (1930 built) apartment in Kensington, Brooklyn. The room has plenty of natural light and could easily fit a king-sized bed. It has access to a smaller spare room (currently used as shared storage, but could be converted to an office/etc.) and a balcony. The room is potentially big enough for a couple.
The apartment is a gem, with a large shared living room, kitchen, as well as a backyard. It has one bathroom. I am the one other roommate in the apartment.
The apartment is about 4 minutes from the Church Av F/G stop, in an incredible neighborhood with plenty of grocery and food options, as well as a 15-minute walk to Prospect Park. It is about a 25-minute train ride to Manhattan.
The apartment is $1,725, with utilities it comes out to around $1,850 a month.
