University professor and poet offering Private entrance to two unfurnished rooms and bathroom for rent July 15 on the second floor of my 3-bedroom Greenwood condo. Tenant enters through my front door and walks upstairs to the private entrance.

It has a bedroom with one wall of windows facing South, a closet and built in shelves and desk. There’s a second room currently being used as a Media Room/TV Room along with a windowed alcove. The bathroom is modern and has a shower.

There’s room for small refrigerator and microwave but tenant can also arrange to use my kitchen, laundry, and a big roof deck with Manhattan skyline views.

I am a single mother with a college freshman at home. Looking for individual without pets. Responsible adults and grad students welcome. This is a non-smoking household. Monthly rent is $2000 and includes utilities. One year-lease.

Near Greenwood Cemetery and R Train Prospect Ave as well as 5th and 7th Avenue bus stops.
