Hello!

We are looking for someone to sign the lease with us for 12 months, and we want to extend it from March 1st until February 2024.

The apartment is in a brand new luxury building in Greenpoint, Brooklyn, directly on the East River, with floor-to-ceiling living room windows and a spacious balcony overlooking the river and Manhattan's east side.

Great for working from home, either in the quiet apartment or the co-working lounge. For commuting to the city, you have several options:

- 8-minute walk to the Greenpoint G train
- 1-minute walk to the Greenpoint Ferry stop on the pier directly in front of the building
- < 1-minute walk to a Citibike station with regular and e-bikes.

The apartment is a three-bedroom, two-bathroom with an in-unit washer/dryer, modern and large stove, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, and microwave. There is 24/7 door staff, package handling, a full gym, a co-working lounge, a game room, a basketball court, and a courtyard with grill rentals.

The kitchen is already equipped with a Breville espresso maker, cookware, dishware, and utensils. The living room has a couch, TV with logins to most streaming services, dining table, and chairs, but you're also welcome to bring your things to contribute here.

I have lived here for one year and am looking to extend the lease starting March 1st; I like to keep the common area clean. I am a part-time Columbia Professor and full-time Blockchain Engineer.
