This is a great neighborhood with plenty of restaurants and shops. Take a mile-long walk and you'll be at the East River waterfront.
The place is recently renovated and has a nice kitchen, so if you like to cook, you will like it here!
About me: I work in the creative industry and have been living in NYC for 20 years. I'm friendly, easy going and considerate, and I'm looking for a nice, calm person to share this apartment with. I've been here since 2016 and have had two wonderful roommates who really enjoyed their time here.
