Looking to sublet a bright, spacious room in my East Williamsburg 2BR
The apartment is located right off the Morgan Ave L. It’s a 15min commute to Union Square. The area is known for its nightlife, vintage shops and is pretty vibrant.
Your room is big (15 x 11ft) and very bright (we get sun from all sides.) The apartment itself comes furnished. There is projector setup in the living room. There is spare room (not pictured) next your room which has a fire escape. You can use that as a study/studio. There is also a private terrace accessed through my room. There is secondary access through the kitchen window.
I’m diligently clean and organized and expect the same from you. I’m fairly busy with my media career (I’m a media strategist at Meta) and studying for business school so no bringing the party back home on weekdays. I’m looking for someone with a 9-5 type of routine. Weekends are chill to have folks over.
