Spacious, bright room available in sunny and vast 2BR in East Williamsburg with private outdoor space!

Prime location next to Morgan Ave L stop (the subway is on the block / 1min walk.)

The area is super cool with lots of bars, restaurants and shops. It’s a hip, artsy area where a lot of people come to go out and explore.

The apartment is a 3BR converted to 2BR. The third room can be used as a studio/office and spare room for guests visiting the city. We get sun from all sides so it’s never dark in here!

The apartment also comes with a private terrace. The living room has a projector setup. I furnished most of the terrace and living room (changing pictured setup to black leather sectional and overhead lamp with a Moroccan rug.) The second last room is my room. The last room is the spare room which we'll use an office / guest room.

I’m looking for someone to co-sign the lease with me asap. It’s up for renewal and the landlords give me preference since I’ve lived here 4 years. I’m very clean and organized, decorate well and would like the same in my new roommate :)
