Large Queen Size BDRM in prime Williamsburg - L tr

Looking for a housemate(s) to take 1 bedroom of a updated railroad style 2 bedroom apartment (AKA one BDRM is in the front, followed by a kitchen, bathroom, large living room, and then the other large bedroom is in the opposite side facing the backyard). The occupant would have to furnish their bedroom but living room/kitchen can be furnished by my existing furniture or updated. I am easy going, work remotely but will likely be in the office soon, open to all lifestyles and guests as long mutually agreed upon terms and common area remains clean. The two bedrooms are of equal size as such it would be ~$1,500 plus a split of electric/nat gas. I often travel, so the apartment may likely be yours alone for (not financially) for periods of time but that includes the caveat that we must have mutual trust. The more easy going, creative, data driven, or whatever you are into the better. The apartment is a 5 minute walk from the Grand St L train stop, and ~15-20 minute walk to Graham or Lorimer L Train stops. That also makes it a 20 minute walk to Bushwick as well. I would be the lease holder or if you wish, you could be put on the lease as well should you want to keep the apartment if I were to leave (I would months of heads up)..
