Hey! I'm looking for a roommate to join my two cats and I in my 2 bedroom in east Williamsburg. One block from the Montrose L!
Available ASAP or December 15 or Jan 1, it's flexible but def looking for someone asap.

Rent is $1,600 and utilities are not usually more than $100 every month.
Third story walkup. Laundry and grocery store less than a block away each.

This area is amazing! Really close to great bars like Tradesman, Pink Metal, The Graham, duckduck and so many more.
There's also awesome vegan food if that's your thing, Champs diner and Dun-Well donuts are super close.

Your room has the fire escape and faces a yard so it's quieter, really nice natural light, can fit a queen size bed but a full would give more space and dresser and desk and probably more furniture.

First month and $700 deposit required to move in. We can draft up a sublease contract that works for us.

About me: Nonbinary (they/them) queer, 29 yr old preschool teacher who likes to read and knit, ride my bike, and watch movies. I am kind of a homebody but I do go out sometimes. Looking for someone similar! LBGTQIA+ folks will be prioritized but I am completely open to living with anyone.

I do have two cats, so I can't bring in any more pets, sorry. They're very sweet and love new people, but will also probably stay out of your business. I will consider couples but rent will be split different, we can discuss!
