Largely absentee roommate. I'm a female financial writer, middle aged and married, but my wife and baby live overseas most of the time. I may come back occasionally but don't expect to be in NY much at all during this calendar year. I'm looking for a clean, quiet, professional roommate who I can trust in my home when I'm not around.
