We are a man and a woman, working professionals in our mid-20s, looking for a roommate (preferably but not necessarily a woman) to fill a spare bedroom in a great 3BR second floor walkup for August 1st. The apartment features a ton of exposed brick, stainless steel appliances, in-unit laundry, dishwasher, and central air controllable in each room!

The bedroom can fit a queen sized bed with room for a wardrobe, and has exclusive use of one of the apartment's two bathrooms.

Located on Rogers Avenue near the corner of Crown Street in Crown Heights. 5 minute walk to the 2/5 trains at President Street with additional nearby stations for the 3/4/B/Q/S, 10 minute walk to Prospect Park and the Brooklyn Botanical Garden. Tons of great restaurants located nearby on Franklin Avenue. Utilities average around $60/month.

Your roommates will be easygoing, cleanly friends from college. We both work from home and tend to keep to ourselves, but we’re always happy to chat, watch a show, or grab a drink in the evenings!
