My partner and I are looking for someone to take over the primary bedroom in our 3-bedroom 2-bath (1100 sq/ft) on the border of Prospect Heights and Crown Heights. Your room has a floor to ceiling window, private bath, and ample closet space. The common areas are furnished, and we have an in-unit washer/dryer. The unit is located in the Arch apartments, ten-minute walk from Prospect Park and the Brooklyn Botanical Gardens. The complex has a gym, additional office/meeting space, a package room, and a rooftop lounge and grilling area.
My partner and I both work full-time in legal and corporate roles. Our roommate took a new job out of state, so we’re looking for someone to take over the remainder of his half of the lease, which ends in April 2024 (lease renewable after this date). Start date flexible, with a preference for June/July timeframe. The cost is $2500/month. In-building parking is available for an additional monthly fee.
