Hi everyone!
My name is Talia and I have one bedroom available in our apartment in Crown Heights. It’s close to the Prospect Heights border. The apartment is a 3b 2ba apartment and move-in date is May 1st and it's a year lease.

About us: Talia, 25, they/them. I work as a Data Analyst remotely 3 days a week. Keith (he/him) just moved from California and is studying for the LSAT! We’re not crazy loud but are definitely kind, fun respectful roommates.

The apartment is a 7 min walk to the C, 9 minute walk to the A. It’s a brownstone and we’re up 1 flight of stairs. The apartment was renovated a few years ago so it’s pretty nice.

- Laundry in unit
- Virtual doorman
- A/C and heat
- Hardwood floors
- Super who takes out our trash
- Utilities: are usually around $100 per month

The room has one large window and is 100 sq ft (9x11.5x12) and is $1350. Also has a detached closet.

ABOUT YOU:
We’re looking for a roommate who is good at communicating, down to follow a chore chart, and respectful when we have disagreements. I would prefer people aged 20-40 and you need to be LGBTQ+ friendly and 420 friendly. No pets and no couples.
You need to have good credit and make 40x the monthly rent of $1,350.
