Cozy room in Crown Heights

Hello all! My roommate and I are looking for another awesome human. I’ve lived in the building for a good while now and I found my current roommate via spare room about 2 years ago. I (he/they) am an artist and my roommate (she) is a general badass lol. We tend to stay up late, but are relatively quiet. We have the best kitty, her name is Gato (I know lol). To be clear we could be down for a pet if it is a kitten, but otherwise it’s Gato’s house and she has the final call. We are a quick walk to the Blue line at Fulton, g train a bit further away, we are next the the shuttle train, the major subway is at eastern and Franklin (4,5,1,2). We are also a quick bike ride or walk to the museum, the library, prospect park and grand army plaza. There are many great restaurants, shops and bars within a few blocks if that’s your jam. . I am agender and identify as queer if that is helpful (the gender choices were limited). We are friendly and cook pretty often but not all the time. Your room would be on one size of the house while our two is on the other. We’ve a big lounging living room (kitchen and living room def avail to you). We are in the 3rd floor (no elevator, old but sturdy building). I can partially furnish if needed. I can also help build/place simple shelves depending on need.
