The rent is 1794 a month, all utilities included except for electric which is typically pretty cheap, around 20 per person, and wifi which I currently pay 17 a month for. The place is 3 beds and 2 baths. Theres an elevator, package room, and the place is right next to Pratt and the G train, so its in a very convenient location especially for students. Laundry and dishwasher in unit.
Looking for someone who is cleanly, female, preferably vegetarian, and preferably a student.
Some basic house rules we keep are guests no more than once per week without consulting others in the apartment, cleaning after yourself in shared spaces, respecting everyones private spaces, etc. Everything is flexible and can be discussed!
