Furnished room in clinton hill near pratt

Hi:) I am subletting a spare bedroom in clinton hill (It's 1 bedroom apt, and the living room is flexed and I will be using this. therefore, there is NO LIVING ROOM, hence the lower pricing)

The subletting period is a minimum of 1 month and maximum of 5 months.

Move-in is available from 9/1.
The room is furnished with a twin xl bed, a desk and a ergonomic chair.
Located in the beautiful and safe clinton hill neighborhood, we are right next to Pratt. It's rare to find a new building in this area!

Note there is no living room. Just a small island table in the kitchen. Also, the ceilings throughout the apt are low (6'9"), except for your bedroom which has huge ceilings that give the space a really nice roomy feel. You and I will share the bathroom and kitchen.

This is a new building, but no elevator, and the unit is on the 3rd floor.

I will provide wash and fold laundry service free of charge for once a week :) anything more and I charge 3 dollars per load.

The room is available from June 2, and I am looking for someone to stay for a minimum of 1 moth, or become a roommate with me for 1 year. Rent is $1600 with all utilities and wifi included. I require one of the following: social media links (linkedin + other social media), proof of income, or a credit report.
Deposit and 1st month rent is required to move in.
