The apartment is a 980 sqft 2 floor apartment with a spiral staircase, with 1 bed/1 bath on each floor. Very high ceilings and gets great natural light in every room. There are 2 roof decks (1 private and 1 shared) -- perfect for morning yoga! Enjoy the spacious chef's kitchen that's fully stocked. Has a dining table, in-unit washer and dryer, dishwasher, central A/C and heat. 3rd floor unit on a walk-up in a 6 unit building.

There's a queen sized bed in the 1st bedroom. No bed in the 2nd bedroom but can easily fit multiple air mattresses, sleeping bags, etc. There's also a second entrance to the 2nd floor if you're unable to use the spiral staircase. Fast wifi and a workstation with a standing desk on the 2nd floor. TV access include Netflix, Hulu, HBO, and Amazon. You're welcome to use the bar cart, cocktail making set, and cocktail glasses. You'll have access to essentials, such as towels, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, conditioner, laundry detergent, dish soap, etc to name a few.

You will have the whole unit to yourselves. It's a quiet building and neighborhood, yet you are close by restaurants, coffee shops, workout studios, bars, and parks in the vibrant Clinton Hill and Fort Greene. Just 10 mins away from Fort Greene park.

No pets. No parties permitted. Please be respectful of the space by keeping it tidy and safe and be mindful of the furniture (e. g. avoid furniture spills, carpet spills, etc.) Thank you!

Subletting to 1-4 guests who all know each other for entire unit is preferred.
