Glorious location in the heart of Bushwick, Brooklyn on the corner of Starr Street and St. Nicholas Avenue. One block from the subway (L train-Jefferson stop) about 15-20 minutes to Manhattan and M train near.
Lots of restaurants, coffee shops, beer garden, 24/7 supermarkets, post office, hospital, yoga studios, rock climbing and more at your fingertips.

This is a three bedroom apartment and you would be sharing common areas with two awesome females.

Looking for another female super chill, CLEAN, Super MATURE, RESPONSIBLE , RESPECTFUL, FINANCIALLY STABLE, self sufficient and willing to share roommate responsibilities i. e: know that we split the household products expenses, take turns in taking out garbage, how to recycle neatly, respect house rules etc…. We do not want to constantly remind or be on top. Someone with shared living experience is very important. We are not looking for large gatherings either, crazy parties or drugs in the house. We do have gatherings once in a while. We work really hard and want our home to be peaceful, clean and harmonious.

The room has a window, closet, hardwood floors, high ceilings. You can fit a
full/queen size bed. The rent for the room is $1275 per month plus utilities and WiFi.

You would need the first month, plus security deposit and we welcome qualified Co-signers. One year commitment minimum.
