Unfurnished Full Bedroom Available in Bushwick

My name is Brian and I am a 30 year old gay man looking for a roommate. The room is in a 2-bed unit under a newly renovated home my best friend and his husband purchased recently on Himrod street in Bushwick. Very queer friendly space!

The room in question is the smaller on the layout photo with access to your very own patio. I have a full video of the apartment I can share if you are interested. I’m moving in with my belongings so the living space would be fully furnished, but the bedroom for rent will not be.

I work from home and go into the Manhattan office 1-2 times a week. I am respectful, tidy, responsible, friendly and social. I’d love to find a roommate that could become a friend and inhibits similar traits!

I have a 10 year old cat that is very sweet and would become your friend, however she does not vibe well with other animals so I could not accommodate another.

My friends will be putting in a dishwasher, washer/dryer, and also a hot tub in the backyard we’d have access to asap! This is a great deal of a space and also very chill landlords that don’t have property management issues at all.
