Looking for a roommate for bushwick duplex

Hi I’m Claire, an urban planner in late 20s. I found a pretty duplex 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms in bushwick 6 min walk away from Wycoff-Myrtle Ave L train station. It’s a new building on a tree-lined street that’s lovely to walk on. It’s for Sep 1 move in and $4,000 in total. I’m looking for a roommate to apply together to this apartment. It requires credit score 680+ and income around $80k for the co-applicant.

It’s a duplex so we can each have our own floor (and own bathroom)!!! We would share kitchen, dinning area and the balcony. The landlord is also willing to build an additional wall in the first floor if needed. It has lots of natural light. Double paned window so no noise! And it’s big and beautiful!

It’s pet friendly, has dishwasher, central AC, virtual doorman and a roof deck too. Second floor has a balcony. Dishwasher is in the unit. Washer and dryer are in first floor of building with QR code scanning.

I graduated from Columbia masters in urban planning program in 2020 and are working for an urban tech company now. I’m a social introvert. I love art and volunteer in the weekend. I enjoy nature and hanging out with my friends. I want to adopt a small dog sometime in the future. I hope to make the living space a beautiful comfortable home.
