Quaint Bedroom in Quiet Apartment near the L & J

Hello!

Room available in an adorable apartment. The room is cute, with exposed brick, it fits a Queen sized bed (which is already in there with a bedframe, comforter, pillows, sheets, tv stand, coat stand, and still room for a yoga mat or other standing room. The J & L trains are within a couple minutes walk, the ACE station is about a 10 minute walk. Roommates are all very kind and busy, the kitchen already has everything you will need. The bathroom is shared with one other, hot water, and good water pressure. Rooftop access, laundry on-site, next to a baseball field, the neighborhood is quiet, also has a small gym in basement. Not too far of a walk from restaurants, cafes, and bars. Third floor apartment, no elevator. Other tenants very quiet. Tall ceilings, great central A/C and heating.
