Apartment is in an amazing location and has everything you need within a short walking distance. It is just 2 blocks away from the F/G 7th Ave Station, a quick walk to prospect park, has a drop off laundry service right below or full laundromat 2 blocks away, small grocery store across the street or a Union Market a few blocks away. There's also tons of coffee shops and great restaurants nearby.
