Beautiful Room and House in Prospect Lefferts

We are seeking a friendly, clean and laid back person to fill out our little community within the heart of Prospect Lefferts Gardens! In a recently renovated single family home, complete with a front porch and large backyard, we love to cook (and grill), play card and board games, hang out in the park (only 4 blocks away) and otherwise enjoy each other’s company. The house itself is large enough to ensure everyone has their privacy and alone time, and we try to make a point of respecting each other’s boundaries.
Our common spaces are light filled and fully furnished, with a recently renovated and updated eat-in kitchen. The front of the house has beautiful, south facing bay windows, while the back sports an 1800 square foot back yard – complete with couches, shuffleboard table, firepit and grill. Additionally, there is a washer and dryer in the basement!
Your bedroom is on the 3rd floor, providing privacy when you want it, and includes some beautiful exposed brick and ample closet space, as well as a loft storage space.
The neighborhood, while constantly changing, boasts several grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants, bars, as well as easy access to the 2, 5, Q and B trains.
