Hey, I'm Joe, looking for someone to take over a 12-month lease (flexible for duration ideally 6 months+) from my roommate as he could not make the move out to NY From the UK. Semi-furnished apartment 2 bed 2 bathroom in the heart of Downtown Brooklyn at 260 gold street. The apartment is 8 min walk from Trader Joe's & city point/Dekalb ave (B/Q/R) & Jay street metro (A/C/F/R). spacious queen/king-sized bedroom with walk-in wardrobe & furnished living area/ kitchen. Building Amenities include a games room, business centre, theatre, Gym (with sauna/steam room) & rooftop with BBQ & firepits, and washer/ dryer not in unit

About myself: I’m an outgoing 24-year-old working professional in sales, socially outgoing and a massive foodie. Ideally looking for a young working professional who is like Myself. No preference whether M/F & smoker friendly. Move-in date: ideally Feb or March but can be flexible, Months’ rent: $2200+ utilities. Security deposit would + admin fee to change the lease would be required to move in.
