We are a married couple in our late 30's and have two cats (Taco & Franky). We live in a BEAUTIFUL top floor apartment (7th floor) with unobstructed views of an amazing gorgeous tree filled street. Our living room has 5 windows and each wing of the apartment has it's own bedroom/full bathroom. The apartment itself is over 1100 sq ft. The building is well kept with a doorman. We also have a garage in which you can park your car. We're looking to rent out our large spare bedroom (the room with the blue blanketed bed in the pics) to a nice roommate. We prefer a laid back tenant. We'll be spending part of the year on the west coast so while we will be home we will also be away part of the year so you'll have the place to yourself. When we are home we work from home but do have a large kitchen and apartment so don't see that getting in the way. If you're interested give us a shout and we'd love to chat with you.
