Sunny studio in Prospect Heights w/balcony

Hello hoos! Looking for a six month subletter for my sunny studio apartment in Prospect Heights. This studio is south-facing with lots of light all day, hardwood floors, dishwasher, elevator, laundry in basement, access to gym, rec room, and roof. Front desk person from 10-6 daily, package room. Walk-in closet, huge balcony, central air/heat controlled from unit, lovely neighborhood with fun and funky restaurants and bars on Franklin steps away, but it’s also not a loud late-night party scene. You’ll see in the photos the main living area comfortably fits a queen sized bed (mine is a futon I roll out). Cat-friendly, no dogs (building policy). Open to video tours before visiting in person. $2425.85 per month plus utilities. 8 minute walk from the Franklin 2, 3, 4, 5, and C stops. Comes unfurnished, but if you see an item you’d like to have stay in the apartment during the six months, let me know.

I have lived in this studio apartment for 2.5 years and it’s been the perfect space and neighborhood for me—only leaving because I’m moving to a 1BR in the neighborhood (I love this area that much). Sublease would start 1/1 but move-in date is flexible and could be in December before Christmas.

Management requirements: $20 application fee, must make 40x rent, first month and security.
