- Queen size bed, computer table with chair, dresser with drawers, ceiling fan, 2 closets (one closet outside the room). Cleanliness is important.
- Deposit is $875. Also first and last month rental payment up front.
- Half a block from the Q train station. Safe area.
- Place is already furnished. Existing furniture won't work.
- Configuration - not a shared living room.
- No pets. No smoking.
- Existing and past roommates have lived here for multiple years. Roommates are friendly and clean who expect third girl to be the same - wash dishes after use; keep bathroom clean, no shoes worn inside, etc.
- Can leave phone number if interested - for a phone conversation that can lead to a possible viewing of the apartment with myself (owner of apartment).
