Hi guys! Looking to rent out a private room in a sunny 2nd floor apartment. The room is furnished with a full bed and bookshelf and has plenty of room for a desk if you work from home. The apartment has a full kitchen that includes a walk-in pantry, a dining room, and an outdoor patio. All shared spaces are fully furnished. Located only one block from the train station and within walking distance to anything you might need. The apartment is on the border of Dyker heights and Bensonhurst, so it's a super safe and quiet neighborhood, but still not too far from all of the restaurants and bars in Bay Ridge. Rent is $1250 per month and includes all utilities!

I’m a pretty easy going person that can usually be found either reading or baking something in the kitchen. I lean more towards a peaceful home environment, but definitely still love going out or having a girls wine night in! Hoping to find someone similar who is friendly and likes to keep things tidy. I also have a large Newfoundland/ Malamute mix dog, but she is shy and mostly keeps to herself. If you think we might be a good fit then feel free to reach out :)
