Renting my room starting April 2023 while I’m in Miami for 2023 -2024 . The apt is 3 bedrooms 2 bath .
My room is huge with the ensuite bathroom with deep soaking tub . My personal belongings are stored so the room has a lot of closet space . There’s a desk , cable TV with most movie channels& high speed internet .
The 2 roommates living there are Patricia (living in the apt for 8 years ) & Daine (9 months)
The rent includes central air/heat, cable tv & internet .
You need to be clean , respectful to others and the apt . Most furniture is one of a kind with art all around .
The kitchen is fully equipped , washer & dryer downstairs (free) . The room had everything, blankets , sheets & towels etc . The bed is a king size bed.
There’s a frontyard& backyard . The backyard is accessible but the furniture is put aside bc of the weather .
The rent is $2000+ $ 2000security deposit .
