Private room in a large, recently renovated 3rd floor walk up. Less than ten minute walk to the G train and several bus lines. Will be taking over lease from one of the current tenants and have the option to sign a new yearly lease for when the current agreement ends May 31st 2023. Listed as Feb 1st move in but will actually be available as early as Jan 23 if needed.
All appliances are only about a year old. Virtual doorman and coin washer and dryers in basement of connected building. Total rent is 2520/month +utilities, and rent is split evenly. Person moving in will be responsible for electricity, and 1/3 furniture rental, while current tenant is responsible for wifi and majority of furniture rental fee in exchange for larger bedroom. If utilities ever exceed certain amount the difference will be repaid for by current tenant. Room includes a queen sized bed, dresser, nightstand, and lamp. Can easily fit a desk in the room as well.
