1 room in 2 bedroom amenities-filled building!

Hello there! My current roommate is moving out of our place, so I'm looking to replace him and his room with someone similar who is just low-key, drama-free, and can pay bills on time every month.  This describes me as well.

I'm a podcast producer/voice actor that works from home and goes out from time to time. Really chill personality is what most of my friends say about me. Though I don't have a strong preference for either a male or female roommate, I'm leaning toward another male roommate (But anyone interested after reading this ad, just hit me up).

THE ROOM
The apartment is a 2-Bed / 1-Bath in Bedford -Stuyvesant w/ lots of amenities in the building! (See below). The room is a good sized room with a small private balcony (yes, your own balcony!). The bedroom can accommodate a queen size bed if desired. (The picture of the room is not the exact room, but same as far as layout). Rent is $1220 plus utilities (around $100/month including internet).

The apartment features wooden cabinets with stainless steel appliances. A/C units are in every room, and a dishwasher. The pictures of the room are of a similar unit with the same layout.

If interested you will need to fill out a quick application with the building. It's a $75 non-refundable fee to do that and they will do a credit/background check and get back to us on the status. They're looking to have it filled soon, so the process won't take long.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
If you're not familiar with Bedford–Stuyvesant, (or Bed-Stuy), it's a vibrant neighborhood with lots of character. The area is filled with restaurants, cafes, bars. Walking around historic Bed-Stuy with brownstones lining the street, makes for a nice summer time walk in the neighborhood while taking in the scenes block parties.
