We have ONE ROOM available for lease signing in Bedstuy Brooklyn right next or J train Broadway and Putnam Avenue.
The building is very quiet and you will have quiet and working roomies.

We are seeking one roomie one working and very tidy roomie for lease signing and one to move in for November.

This apartment building/room is 5 mins walk to the Halsey J train, close to much fast food and laundry in the building. Next to a Deli, 5 mins walk to Key Foods, Rite Aid, Walgreens, Dunkin, Dominos, etc., etc

Room 1-Occupied (Present Roomie)

Room 2-(TAKEN)

Room 3-$990(utilities not included)(Approximately $150)(Must do Lease Signing). This room is available November 1st at lease signing. You will be applying through the management.

The requirement is must have good credit and proof of income (pays lip etc. etc.)and two months rent deposits to move in.

Do remember you have to be willing to chip in and CLEAN and tidy up once at all times and be honest ,trust worthy, and communicate well. We are looking forward to some awesome roomies😁

Building is very quiet. Our apartment is kept clean and tidy. Only Singles not suitable for couples. Please be serious when arranging viewings because we all work and are quite busy most of the times. Unfortunately, we have a no pet policy.
