Queer Professional Looking for a Summer Subletter

Hey!

My name is Jenahye and I live in a 3 bedroom 2 bath first-floor brownstone in Bed-Stuy with my corgi pupper Butter. My partner and I are looking to sublet our entire apartment for the summer.

This apartment has high ceilings, heated floors, dishwasher, washer/dryer, and a fully furnished shared backyard/patio. I have living room furniture in the common spaces that reflect both of our styles.

The bedroom available is the master in the front of the house. Currently has a queen size bed with a dresser and side tables. Get's lots of natural light and has plenty of closet space. The bedroom has an en suite bathroom so the 2nd bathroom on the other side of the house would be for guest use.

I don't smoke often but would prefer to not smoke in the house. All good to smoke on the front stoop, patio, or backyard. Would love to have a queer or gender-fluid subletter or couple but also not a dealbreaker. Just have good vibes, clean up after yourself and pay your bills on time and we should be all good. :)

Looking for a June 1st move-in with a Sept 1st move-out. If we get along great we can work out an earlier or later move-in date.
