Hello there!

Our home is a beautifully restored single-family brownstone situated on a charming tree-lined street in a convenient location close to transportation (A & C train), shops, groceries, and other amenities. Bedford Stuyvesant is a mixed neighborhood. Our fully furnished bedrooms come with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, linens, and towels, and you'll have access to laundry facilities (washer/dryer at home) and bathrooms on all floors. We provide cleaning services once a week for all bedrooms, and you'll have access to a common kitchen, dining room, and shared living room. Cable TV is available in the living room, with a TV app for smartphones and laptops. You'll also have access to a gym with a sauna, a large backyard with two picnic areas, and a pool with a deck. The rental package is $1,700.00 per month, with all utilities included.

We offer appointments on weekdays after 7:00 p. m. and open availability on weekends. Please provide detailed information about yourself; we expect a stay of one month or longer.
