Hey guys . I had just rented the room and now the person has to back out. So here it is again. My apologies to those who had requested info / I am not able to pull back your messages.

I am the legal tenant of a 3 bedroom 2 bath apartment in Williamsbridge which is a real 5 minute walk from the 219th station on the 2 line. I am looking for a roommate for the empty 3rd bedroom.

The bedroom can fit a queen size bed and a dresser. Also has a nice sized closet. The last person who lived in it had a queen size bed . Dresser and shelving. He had a lot of clothing and shoes and it worked perfectly for him. The bedroom windows do face the street
The room is available by Nov 15th depending on how much time I need to make some changes around the apt.

We have a nice apartment on the 2nd floor with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. . I am looking to rent out the room now. I am employed from home and my other roommate is a chef

You should have a full time job. No pets at this time. Non-smoker, I strongly dislike the smell so it’s a non negotiable. This means, weed, tobacco or vaping.

However, we do have a balcony where one can smoke as long as the door is closed.
Please be a mature and responsible adult capable of paying your rent on time. Be moderately clean and help out with household chores. There is no wireless. Will probably set it up by end of November

Rent is 775 and includes utilities. (not wireless) The rent is due by the 3rd. Any late rent will be subject to a $50 late fess as per NYC law. The room could use repainting but I am not going to do it. What I will do is give you a 100 dollar credit to the first month rent. Therefore. To move in. You will have to have 775 for the deposit and 675 for the first month rent and then you be paying the regular 775 starting the second month. This is for a 6 month lease but I am also open to going to a month to month afterwards. Just let me know.

My landlord is a responsive and great landlord and I have been here 8 and plan on being here for at least another 3 years. He knows I am renting rooms out.

This is a quiet chill household, no wild parties or consistent guests coming over. I am looking for someone who understands the respect needed to live with other people.

You will share the main bathroom with the other roommate. One roommate is a straight Black man and I am a gay Latino
Man. I dont care about your orientation as long as all are respectful towards each other. Please no wannabe live in partners. Meaning 2 times a week are ok for overnights but no more. They cannot stay here while you are gone.

I identify as Gay and my male roommate identifies as Straight. .

The room is unfurnished but the kitchen is fully furnished. I work from home so the living room is unusable from the hours of 10am - 10 pm unless I am taking a break or left the house. You should have an outside job but I am open to if you work from home part-time in your bedroom.

Following the above may seem like a lot but it makes for a quiet chill household which is what you should want after a day of dealing with the jungle of NYC.

Simple application to fill out and if we both agree that you will move in, then there will be a 20 fee for the background check. That is the only fee.
