Comfortable rental 2nd floor

The furnitures is slowly being removed in the pictures from the old roommates belongings. The area is by Van Cortland park S in between the 4 and 1 train and the D you would have to take a bus, buses nearby are the 1,2, 10, and bxM3. The room has a half private bathroom, 2 closets, room is about 230sq ft so it’s pretty spacious. It is a 3 bedroom apt, I the landlord current live there and with my twin brother which feels as if he’s rarely there and stays in his room for the most part. I have 1 cat so you must love animals, but no dogs allowed in building. I have a ring camera in front of the apt door mainly just to have and to let know the mailmen to leave packages, we are kind and friendly, the room will have some furnitures. Laundry in building. Pls You must be clean, pick up after yourself and dishes must be washed after use or after finished eating, noise should be at a minimum after 9pm (mindful of others) it is usually peaceful in the apartment. No more than 2 guest over and not often to keep in mind because of work and others, limited overnights . Living room share is limited and pick up after. For more than 1 year can be discussed. Your $1000 Deposit will be given by move out day. NO shoes in the house, will need to be removed by entrance of the apt. We can have a roomie date or of course we’ll meet for room viewing, FT is also an option, I would like to make sure we’re good to go! 🤗 Also have recent pay stubs ready if you’re interested !
