It has its own private entrance. It is located 3 blocks from the 2 and 5 trains, one block from bus X39 and X16. One block from laundromat, walking distance to the super marker and other stores, in a very quiet street. You have to feel comfortable with a small dog. You must show proof of employment and W-2. Pay two weeks of security and first week rent. You must have good credit and a least one year working in the same work. 1 year lease minimum.
