Large Unfurnished Room. All utilities are included. There is an optional $20/month for window A/C during summer months (June, July, August, September). $40 cleaning fee monthly. Total monthly fee is $1100 rent + $40 for cleaning fee = $1140.
The apartment is shared with mature working professional males who want a quiet place to live (bathroom and kitchen is shared). Pets are not permitted. Loud noise is not permitted.
Criminal background check is required ($40 fee), must provide proof of income, employment information, must commit to keeping the place clean.
$40 monthly cleaning fee includes once per month cleaning of the common areas and common supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, and cleaning supplies).
The house is a 4 minute walk to the 2,5 Bronx Park East Station.
