The rent is $1000 monthly, PROOF of steady employment along with one month rent and one month security deposit required to move in. The security deposit is returned if/when you decide to move out.

There are no pets allowed, and NO smoking. Wifi is not included, but you can add your own. Plenty of closet space for your belongings.

The house is in a quiet and safe location. It is close to everything you need. It is located around multiple bus and train routes, including the 1 and 4 trains and the Bx1/Bx2, Bx3, Bx9, Bx10, and BxM4.
