Room For Rent With Access to Everything :)

Hi!! This house is located in the Bronx area zipcode 10462 on Zerega. This is a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom upstairs downstairs home with lots and lots of windows so lots of natural lighting!. You do not have to be confined in your room you will have access to any parts of the house as long as you’re clean, pick up after yourself & respectful :). Utilities, wifi and in home heating is included. We are all in our early 20’s getting our lives together! But still have fun in the process everyone here is very kind social and respectful all boundaries are respected!. We don’t usually throw parties but aren’t against the idea, we sometimes have get together with friends but are respectful & considerate to those who have work in the morning. We have pets in this home and occasionally pet sit! (Consider this if you have allergies as our pets do shed lightly I do however vacuum broom and mop often). This room does not come furnished! We do consider pets if you have one. The room is located on the second floor next to the bathroom that is shared with 1 other roommate. If you have good communication, kind, respect others boundaries and things, and looking for a comfortable and friendly place to stay we may be a match!. Room will be available late July/early august.
