Amenities that the building include (free of charge) Are a gym, basketball court, yoga room, rooftop for grilling, pet spa, courtyard, media room, private work spaces, and doorman. We also have a tiny grocery store/bodega downstairs.
If you have a private vehicle, there is a parking garage - However, you do have to pay a monthly fee for a spot.
The shared living space is furnished, but the master bedroom is not.
