Looking for a roommate to share my apartment. Available June 1. Students welcome!

The apartment is a one bedroom converted into a two bedroom. It is located in Marble Hill which is a small quiet neighborhood at the tip of Manhattan. It is a 5 minute walk from the 1 train and the Metro North so commuting into Manhattan is super convenient!

$680/month not including utilities
I’ll need proof of income, first months rent + security deposit ($680)
