Small Room (In Unit Laundry) Utilities included

Hi All,

I'm putting my smaller second bedroom up for rent in my 2 bedroom/1 bath apartment. The room is a good size, can hold a Full/queen bed with room for a smaller night stand if needed. It's separated from my room by the living space so we won't be right on top of each other. Unit has washer and dryer and the building has a gym, which I've already paid the key fee. The 1 train is right on the corner along with express busses that go down the ES and WS. There are lots of conveniences around (grocery stores, post office, shopping centers, et) all within walking distance.

I am a 39F who works in health care full time. Originally from San Francisco, moved here in 2018 and been in this building since 2019. I consider this place home and would like to keep it calm, clean and a relaxing place to come back to after working/playing outside the house. I'm pretty quiet when home, keep to myself for the most. Can be social but I get lost in books and cooking.
